Origin Suite: Michael Waldrop – Another great release from Michael Waldrop and his band. Arrangements from Jack Cooper and Gerald Stockton. Some electric playing from Waldrop and Jimi Tunnell.

Holmes: Jeff Benedict Big Big Band – Wildly upbeat big band charts, featuring the writing and solo work of Paul McKee, of Woody Herman fame.

To The Edge: Mark Taylor and the Big Band – Longtime Kenton composer and arranger has a new collection of music.

Mists: Charles Ives for Jazz Orchestra – A sensational recording of eight works for big band, arranged by Jack Cooper and based on the music of the American modernist composer, Charles Ives.

Time Within Itself: Michael Waldrop Big Band – Drummer Michael Waldrop’s first big band recording, with arrangements by Jack Cooper and guest soloist Jimi Tunnell.

Event Horizon: The Mark Wade Trio – A brilliant new jazz trio with eight original compositions, great soloists, and a distinctive sound.
